Stage 1.

Replace all broken, cracked, chipped and defective tiles.

Stage 2

Stage 2.

High pressure clean your complete roof and ridge caps, with a final rinse of your roof, gutters and premises

Stage 3.

Rebedding of your ridge caps. This is where the caps are lifted, your old cement fully removed and a new bed of sand & cement laid.

Stage 4

Stage 4.

Repointing. This is where a second layer of flexible pointing compound is applied by trowel over the bed of sand and cement.

Stage 5.

Sterilization.  A fungicide is applied to the roof tiles to kill any remaining spores within the tiles and prevent any future moss and lichen growth.

Stage 6

Stage 6.

Sealing.  Depending on the age and condition of the roof tiles either a water based primer or enamel sealer is sprayed onto the tiles, in preparation for the membrane.

Stage 7.

Coating.  2 coats of Dulux Acra Tex roofing membrane are applied to finish the restoration process. This leaves the old porous tiles waterproof and looking like new.
